Grilled lake whitefish (lavarello or coregone) from Garda
Serves 4:
1200 grams of whitefish, extra virgin olive oil from the Garda, bay leaves, sage, rosemary, parsley, salt
Preparation:
Chop the herbs. Clean the whitefish, salt and insaporiteli inside with the chopped herbs. Pass the fish oil and put them to cook on the grill, turning once. Serve steaming, sprayed with oil virgin raw. |
